Therapy offers a place to think, feel, and make sense of what is happening in your life, at your own pace.

I offer thoughtful, relational counselling and psychotherapy for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and find a way forward that feels clearer.

We take time to explore your experiences, gently making sense of patterns, emotions, and life transitions in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
