You are welcome to get in touch to arrange a 20 minute initial conversation.
This gives us an opportunity to briefly explore what has brought you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Initial conversations are held by phone or WhatsApp audio, depending on what feels most convenient.

Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels appropriate for you.

This varies from person to person.
Some people come for a shorter period of focused support, while others choose to work together over a longer period of time.

Payment is made by bank transfer. Details will be shared once sessions are arranged.

I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.
Sessions cancelled with less notice may still be charged.

It’s important that you are in a private and confidential space where you feel able to speak openly.
Sessions are not suitable to take place while driving or in environments where privacy cannot be maintained.

I work with clients across the UK and internationally, where appropriate.
