  • You are welcome to get in touch to arrange a 20 minute initial conversation.

    This gives us an opportunity to briefly explore what has brought you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.

  • Initial conversations are held by phone or WhatsApp audio, depending on what feels most convenient.

  • Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels appropriate for you.

  • This varies from person to person.

    Some people come for a shorter period of focused support, while others choose to work together over a longer period of time.

  • Payment is made by bank transfer. Details will be shared once sessions are arranged.

  • I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.

    Sessions cancelled with less notice may still be charged.

  • It’s important that you are in a private and confidential space where you feel able to speak openly.

    Sessions are not suitable to take place while driving or in environments where privacy cannot be maintained.

  • I work with clients across the UK and internationally, where appropriate.

  • That is completely okay.

    Many people begin therapy without knowing exactly where to start. We can take time to explore what feels most important, at a pace that feels manageable.
