Approach
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the understanding that each person’s experience is unique.
Rather than following a fixed structure, I work in a way that is responsive to you, allowing space for what feels most important to emerge.
Working Together
Therapy is often described as “holding space”, yet it is more than simply listening.
It is a shared process of reflecting, exploring, and making sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to carry alone.
At times, this may involve gently noticing patterns, emotional responses, or ways of relating that have developed over time.
Through this process, a deeper understanding can begin to form, often bringing greater clarity, choice, and a different way of moving forward.
A Relational Approach
The relationship we build together is central to the work.
I offer a space that is calm, non judgemental, and thoughtful, where you can speak openly and be met with care and attention.
There is no expectation to arrive with the “right” words.
We work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Depth and Reflection
Some aspects of therapy may unfold gradually.
Alongside conversation, there may be moments of reflection, noticing what is felt beneath the surface, or paying attention to the inner world in a way that brings new awareness.
This might include thoughts, imagery, or dreams, where these feel relevant.
Online Therapy
I offer therapy online.
For many people, this provides a comfortable and accessible way to engage in therapy, allowing sessions to take place from a familiar and private space.
Working online can hold the same depth and quality of connection as meeting in person.
A Note on Meaning and Faith
For some, therapy may also include questions of meaning, purpose, or faith.
Where this is important to you, it can be gently explored as part of the work.
