Working Together & Fees

Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step.

Some people come with a clear sense of what they would like to explore, while others arrive simply knowing that something does not feel quite right.

We begin by creating space to understand what brings you to therapy, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Initial Conversation

When you first get in touch, we arrange a 20 minute initial call.

This offers an opportunity to speak briefly about what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work.

First Sessions

If we decide to work together, our early sessions focus on building a fuller understanding of you and your experiences.

I tend to ask a series of reflective questions, sometimes explored within one session, though often unfolding over two or three sessions.

This allows space for thoughts, feelings, and reflections to emerge at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Sessions

Sessions take place online.

This allows you to access therapy from your own space, in a way that is both flexible and private.

Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels appropriate for you.
